Terms & Conditions for JITO Surat Expo at National Youth Conclave
1. Eligibility:
Participation in the JITO Surat Expo is open to all businesses and entrepreneurs who register for the event.
All participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers.
2. Registration and Fees:
All exhibitors must complete the registration process and pay the required fees by the specified deadline.
The registration fee is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
3. Booth Allocation:
Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitors must use the allocated space only for the display and promotion of their registered products or services.
Sub-letting or sharing of booths without prior approval from the organizers is prohibited.
4. Setup and Dismantling:
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booths before the opening of the Expo and dismantling them after the event concludes.
Setup must be completed within the designated times provided by the organizers.
Late setup or early dismantling is not permitted.
Exhibitors must ensure that their booths do not obstruct the view or access to neighboring booths.
5. Conduct and Display:
Exhibitors must maintain a professional demeanor and ensure their displays are safe and secure.
Any use of audio-visual equipment must be kept at a volume that does not disturb neighboring exhibitors.
The display of offensive or inappropriate materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Adherence to Jain Principles:
All stall owners are required to conduct themselves in accordance with Jain principles.
Food stall owners must sell 100% Jain food.
No business dealing in alcohol, non-vegetarian food, or any other products contrary to Jain principles shall be permitted.
Failure to adhere to these principles may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
7. Security and Liability:
While organizers will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the Expo area, they are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitors’ property.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage against all risks associated with participation in the Expo.
8. Compliance with Laws:
Exhibitors must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
9. Force Majeure:
The organizers are not liable for any delay or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
10. Amendments:
The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to the exhibitors promptly.
11. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from participation in the Expo will be resolved amicably between the parties.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
By participating in the JITO Surat Expo, exhibitors agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of participation without refund.
